Workday displays a student’s academic progress on the

Academic Progress

report on the Academics profile group of the student profile.

To ensure that this report displays the most accurate and recent data, Workday automatically evaluates academic progress and updates the report:

Immediately when certain events occur.

Nightly through the Process Academic Progress
background job due to certain events. See Reference: Student Nightly Job Orchestration.

You can also manually evaluate academic progress using the

Launch Academic Progress Evaluation

task. See Evaluate Academic Progress.

On the academic progress report, the

Last Evaluated Date

displays the date that Workday most recently evaluated the academic progress for the student.

This table lists the events that cause Workday to automatically evaluate academic progress, either immediately or through the nightly job.
