Add Education Test Results

You can record education test results to:
  • Meet application requirements for prospective students.
  • Grant transfer credit for students at matriculation.
You can also use education test results to determine whether students meet
Test Achievement
student eligibility rules. Examples:
You can add individual test results on prospect and student profiles. To record multiple external transcripts, you can:
When you load test results for a Workday-supported standardized test, Workday:
  • Matches the test results with existing prospect profiles.
  • Stores unmatched test results until you create associated recruitment records.

  1. Access the
    External Records
    report on the:
    • Education profile group of the prospect profile.
    • Academics profile group of the student profile.

  3. As you complete the task, consider:

    By default, Workday displays machine learning recommendations based on a combination of your most recently used and most frequently used education tests. See Concept: Form Completion Assistant.
    Academic Unit
    Workday recommends that you select the highest academic unit at your institution to enable sharing of test results with subordinate academic units.
    Official
    You can only assign transfer credits from a student’s official education test result.

Workday displays education test results on the
External Records
report on the:
  • Education profile group of the prospect profile.
  • Academics profile group of the student profile.
For ACT, SAT, and SAT Pre-2016 test results, Workday also displays the:
  • Highest official score for each test section.
  • Superscore.
  • Concordant scores, based on data from the College Board and ACT.

To edit test results, select
Test Result
Edit
from the related actions menu of the test result. You can’t edit education test section results that are used for granting transfer credits and preliminary transfer credits.
