Example: Activate the Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (HMTAC)
You want to enable the Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (also known as HMTAC or the HM-TA Collaborator) functionality in MS Teams. The HMTAC is a shared workspace in MS Teams (on desktop and mobile) that facilitates team communication and collaboration about specific requisitions. It triggers the sending of (sometimes automated) messages in MS Teams at various stages throughout the recruiting process. You want to customize these message templates, but you first need to activate the HMTAC functionality.
Your implementer must complete the steps to configure and authenticate the HiredScore and MS Teams integrations in Workday.
Changes submitted on this tab impact your account's configuration in HiredScore and existing configurations (including custom rules or filters) are overridden. Changes can take up to 30 minutes to display in the HiredScore UI. In some cases, this may take longer.
- Access theHiredScore Tenant Setuptask in Workday.
- On theHM <> TA Collaboratortab, select theActivate HMTAsub-tab.
- ClickEdit.
- Select theActivate HMTA Collaboratorcheck box.
- ClickOK.
The HMTAC functionality is now enabled in your organization’s MS Teams accounts. You can now configure the HMTAC message templates using the template sub-tabs under the HM <> TA Collaborator tab. See these topics for instructions on how to customize the templates:
