Configure MS Teams, Channels, and Tabs

Administrators can configure the Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (HMTAC) team name, the team members (for example, the hiring manager and primary recruiter), and the members and owners of the shared requisition channel. You can also configure the Hiring Manager (HM) Dashboard’s tab name and description, and up to 10 custom links, which can direct users to Help Center resources.

  1. On the
    HMTA Collaborator
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    MS Teams, Channels, Tabs
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. In the
    Team
     section, enter the
    Team’s Name
    .
  4. In the
    Channel
     section, enter the
    Channel's Identifier
    .
  5. Specify channel
    Owner(s)
     and
    Member(s)
     to add to the shared channel.
  6. In the
    Tabs
     section, you can customize certain aspects of the HM Dashboard and
    Help Center
     tabs that display in the shared channel.
    1. Enter a
      Preferred Tab Name
       for the HM Dashboard tab.
    2. Enter a
      Page Description
       for the Help Center that explains the purpose of the content.
    3. Add up to 10 custom links to the Help Center page in the order you specify by entering a
      Link Name
       and corresponding
      Link URL
      .
  7. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
