Reference: Transfer Credit Evaluation Troubleshooting
In transfer credit evaluations, Workday grants transfer credits from a student’s external coursework or education test results based on the rules and policies you’ve defined for transfer credit equivalency, grades, and unit conversion.
Workday provides the
Student Transfer Credit Troubleshooting Console
report (secured to the Manage: Student Transfer Credit
domain in the Academic Advising functional area) that you can use to:
- Investigate issues with granting transfer credits.
- Examine potential and assigned transfer credits.
You can access this report from the related actions menu of the transcript or test result by selecting:

For prospective students, Workday also provides the
Preliminary Transfer Credit Troubleshooting Console
report (secured to the Manage: Preliminary Transfer Credit
domain in the Admissions functional area). You can use this report to troubleshoot and examine preliminary transfer credits for a prospect’s external records. To access this report, click from the prospect’s recruitment or application.For coursework and test results with no transfer credit, the troubleshooting consoles provide reasons why Workday won’t grant transfer credits during transfer credit evaluations.
