Steps: Set Up Transfer Credit Condition Rules

You can set up condition rules to use on transfer credit rules for educational institutions. When applied to a transfer credit rule, condition rules enable you to control the circumstances under which students can receive transfer credit based on their external transcript. You can configure a condition rule:
  • On an individual educational institution transfer credit rule.
  • As a condition rule policy, so that it applies to all transfer credit rules for the institution and educational institution you select.
  2. From the
    Condition
     prompt for new and existing transfer credit rules, select the condition rule that you want to use.
  3. (Optional) Access the
    Maintain Educational Institution Transfer Credit Condition Rule Policy
     task.
    Select the condition rule that you want to apply to all transfer credit rules for the institution and educational institution you select.
