- Set up Recruiting and Admissions.
- Create programs of study without selecting theFast Path Enabledoption.
- Create application groupings and application pools.
- Configure these business processes and their security policies in the Admissions functional area:
- Admissions Evaluation Event.
- Student Application Decision Event.
- Publish Application Grouping Event.
- Student Application Pre-Matriculation Event.
Applications to programs of study that aren't Fast Path-enabled undergo selective admissions. The selective admissions process includes:
- Application requirements.
- Application evaluations.
- Application verifications.
- Student recommenders.
You can record transcripts, test scores, and other information to prepare selective admissions applications for review.
- Access theCreate Student Applicanttask to manually add applications or use web services or integrations to create them.
- (Optional) Record Application Fee Payments and Waivers.
- (Optional) Add External Transcripts.
- (Optional) Add Education Test Results.
- (Optional) Attach documents by selecting from the related actions menu of an application.
- (Optional) Update Student Residency.
- (Optional) Assign Ad Hoc Application Action Items.
Review applications for admission by completing assessments and determining if they meet requirements.
