Concept: Survey Comments
Comments enable your employees to provide valuable feedback while acknowledgments enable managers to demonstrate feedback recognition.
Collecting Comments
Employees can leave written feedback for each survey question, enabling them to provide more information around the scores they give. Employees can submit up to 10,000 characters of written feedback for each question.
Peakon collects comments for each specific question answered by survey round, which helps to generate topics.
People leaders with access to view comments can access the
Comment
page and view comments from their teams.Access
Each leader can only display comments that are part of the segment they're viewing.
It's possible for administrators to disable access to viewing comments for certain groups in
Access Control.
Translating Comments
Managers can translate comments using the
Translate to: Language
option on each comment that displays in a language different to the manager's set dashboard language.Note that this option only translates the original comment and does not translate a conversation. The translate button is only available for languages supported by Peakon and only translates within your dashboard. Any feedback exported will be in the original language.
Export Comments
You can export comments using the
Export to Excel
button.You can't include acknowledgments or conversations in the export to Excel.
