Administrators can enable access to comments from
Access Control

Access driver comments. | Read employee comments. |
Access comments. | View comments immediately, before a survey round has ended. When not enabled, comments display during the survey round whenever submitted. |
Acknowledge driver comments. | Acknowledge driver comments, sending an email to the commenter. |
Access value comments. | Can read value comments. |
Acknowledge value comments. | Acknowledge value comments, sending an email to the commenter. |
Access open-ended comments. | Read open-ended comments across all question sets. |
Acknowledge open-ended comments. | Acknowledge open-ended comments, sending an email to the commenter. |
Access conversations. | Can ask follow-up questions to employees, and view all existing conversations on comments. |
View sensitive comments. | View sensitive comments separately from all other comments. |
Mark sensitive comments. | Mark and unmark comments as sensitive. |
View comment managers. | View the list of managers associated with a comment. |
View comments by segment. | Filter comments by segments. |
