HiredScore's Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (also known as HMTAC or the HM-TA Collaborator) is a shared workspace in Microsoft Teams where hiring managers and recruiters can collaborate on requisitions through a dedicated channel.
Administrators can use the
HiredScore Tenant Setup
task to specify the criteria a job requisition must meet and the data to include in HiredScore HMTAC flows using the available fields.
Legacy customers must be aware that, when the HMTAC channels and messages are active, any updates to job requisition filters only apply to newly created channels.
  1. On the HMTA Collaborator tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
    task, click the
    HM TA General Settings
    sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Specify the criteria a job requisition must meet and the data to include in/exclude from HiredScore HMTAC flows using the fields in the
    Job Requisition Filters
    section:
    Field
    Description
    Job Requisition Created From
A job requisition must be created from the specified date onwards to be included in the HMTAC.
    Job Requisition Status
A job requisition must be at 1 of the selected statuses to be included in the HMTAC.

    Countries to Exclude
Select 1 or more job locations to exclude from the HMTAC.
    Job Levels To Exclude

  4. You can use the
    Soft Launch
section to test the HMTAC functionality and do a limited rollout with a small group of users before making it available to the entire organization.
You can add specific individuals (using the
    Primary Recruiter
    ,
    Hiring Manager
    , and
    Recruiter Assistant
fields), to a test group of up to 30 users. After testing and before deploying to all users, remove the users selected in this section and leave the fields blank.
  5. Click
    OK
    and
    Done
    .
  6. (Optional) To test your configuration, use the Soft Launch feature to validate that channels are correctly opened.
