Configure Data Mapping for Job Levels
- Verify your organization’s definition of job levels, an appropriate business object, and job level ordering.
Job level mapping is used in HiredScore functional areas such as Talent Mobility and Fetch. These mappings provide context for your organization's job level ordering and assist in understanding:
- Internal mobility policies and organizational levels, progression, and compensation grades.
- Products that must exclude job levels, such as the Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (HMTAC).
- Reporting practices on areas such as Return on Investment (ROI) and adoption, which contributes to continual HiredScore improvement and cross vertical quality control.
Implementers can select 1 of 4 business objects that best reflect the organization’s definition of job levels and map it to a HiredScore numeric order value.
