Configure HiredScore Role Mapping

Configure HiredScore Role Mapping

HiredScore maps key recruiting roles used in the
Job Application
 business process for display purposes within the HiredScore application. Administrators can use the
HiredScore Tenant Setup
 task to configure the HiredScore role mapping and specify recruiter and manager roles to enable Hiring Manager Talent Advisor automation flows.
For some legacy customers, the
Role Mapping
 sub-tab might not reflect your existing HiredScore tenant role mapping and display an error upon loading. Contact Workday Support if this occurs.
  1. On the
    System and Integrations
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    Role Mapping
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Select and assign a single
    Primary Recruiter
     role and
    Hiring Manager
     role.
    Typically, the assigned value is
    Primary Recruiter
     and
    Hiring Manager
     respectively, but some companies use different naming conventions.
    The rest of the mapped roles are automatically generated from the
    Job Requisition Association
     RaaS and are mapped 1:1. Example: The
    Recruiting Coordinator
     value is
    Recruiting Coordinator
    . These read-only values display in
    Role Mapping
     >
    All Supported Roles
    .
  4. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) When the data export step is complete and users have access, use the My Reqs view to verify the names of the primary recruiter and hiring manager.
