Configure the HM Dashboard Grid

The Hiring Manager (HM) Dashboard grid is an area on the HM Dashboard for hiring managers to view a list of candidates for job requisitions they’re assigned to, along with the option to filter and sort the list to support the prioritization of their actions. Administrators can configure the primary UI settings of this grid.
To prevent potential data loss, legacy HiredScore users must be aware that existing configurations related to country customization (filters that are configured only for specific countries and not the entire tenant) are overridden when they change settings on the
HM Dashboard Grid
 sub-tab.
  1. On the
    HMTA Collaborator
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    HM Dashboard Grid
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Add, remove, and/or order columns and filters from the available list.
    You can specify the default column that determines the table sorting, and whether it is sorted in ascending or descending order (users can change these default settings in the HiredScore application).
  4. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) To test your configuration, verify HM Dashboard that the column configuration is reflected, and that the columns are populated with data.
