Configure HiredScore General Settings

Configure HiredScore General Settings

  • Prepare a 40 x 40 pixel JPG file of your company logo on a publicly accessible URL.
  • Identify the list of countries that your organization supports and that use HiredScore functionality.
Administrators can configure several settings that determine the overall HiredScore setup and functionality.
For legacy customers:
  • Adding new
    Supported Countries
to an existing HiredScore tenant triggers a data export for the new countries’ job requisitions and their respective candidates. You can track this asynchronous process on the
    Data Export to HiredScore
sub-tab. In some cases, an unsupported logo format might exist for legacy customers. This doesn’t negatively impact the HiredScore application, but the
    General Settings
    sub-tab might return an error.
  1. On the
    System and Integrations
    tab, click the
    General Settings
    sub-tab and
    Edit
    .
  2. Configure the required fields and any relevant optional fields:
    Section
    Description
    Branding and Career Sites
    You can specify:
    • Company aliases to provide HiredScore with a thorough understanding of candidates that are current employees (in addition to other direct and indirect systems that are in use).
    • A company logo and external career site URL, for use in several different communications. Example: When recruiters initiate candidate outreach from HiredScore Fetch.
    Include/Exclude Job Requisitions from HiredScore
    You can specify:
    • Supported countries. This list determines the data exported by HiredScore from Workday. HiredScore omits job requisitions and candidates from countries that aren’t specified on this list.
    • Job requisition statuses. HiredScore only displays job requisitions and their respective candidates that are at a status included on this list.
    Grading (Spotlight)
Enable this check box to display Spotlight grading in the HiredScore application. Leave the check box blank to hide it.
    Favorite/Restricted Organizations
This list allows HiredScore to use these companies as insights about a candidate. This feature is useful for identifying candidates with relevant industry experience, and enables you to make informed decisions regarding candidate suitability and potential conflicts.
    Grids Preferences
    You can:
    • Enable deep links from a HiredScore job requisition grid to the corresponding job requisition in the Workday UI.
    • Enable CSV downloads of candidate lists.
    Candidate Data Preferences
By default, HiredScore uses structured Workday fields (see the
Data Mapping - Candidate, Job Candidate, Job Requisition
sub-tab) to understand that a candidate is a prior worker or a current worker. You can change these preferences to identify candidates based on resume parsing
    Home Page Settings
Enable key HiredScore’s stats on the recruiter home page.
  3. Click
    OK
    and
    Done
    .
  4. (Optional) After completion of the data export process and SSO login, test your
    General Settings
configuration by verifying that job requisitions only from your
    Supported Countries
    are populating the HiredScore application.
