Configure HiredScore General Settings
- Prepare a 40 x 40 pixel JPG file of your company logo on a publicly accessible URL.
- Identify the list of countries that your organization supports and that use HiredScore functionality.
Administrators can configure several settings that determine the overall HiredScore setup and functionality.
For legacy customers:
- Adding newSupported Countriesto an existing HiredScore tenant triggers a data export for the new countries’ job requisitions and their respective candidates. You can track this asynchronous process on theData Export to HiredScoresub-tab. In some cases, an unsupported logo format might exist for legacy customers. This doesn’t negatively impact the HiredScore application, but theGeneral Settingssub-tab might return an error.
- On theSystem and Integrationstab, click theGeneral Settingssub-tab andEdit.
- Configure the required fields and any relevant optional fields:SectionDescriptionBranding and Career SitesYou can specify:
- Company aliases to provide HiredScore with a thorough understanding of candidates that are current employees (in addition to other direct and indirect systems that are in use).
- A company logo and external career site URL, for use in several different communications. Example: When recruiters initiate candidate outreach from HiredScore Fetch.
Include/Exclude Job Requisitions from HiredScoreYou can specify:- Supported countries. This list determines the data exported by HiredScore from Workday. HiredScore omits job requisitions and candidates from countries that aren’t specified on this list.
- Job requisition statuses. HiredScore only displays job requisitions and their respective candidates that are at a status included on this list.
Grading (Spotlight)Enable this check box to display Spotlight grading in the HiredScore application. Leave the check box blank to hide it.Favorite/Restricted OrganizationsThis list allows HiredScore to use these companies as insights about a candidate. This feature is useful for identifying candidates with relevant industry experience, and enables you to make informed decisions regarding candidate suitability and potential conflicts.Grids PreferencesYou can:- Enable deep links from a HiredScore job requisition grid to the corresponding job requisition in the Workday UI.
- Enable CSV downloads of candidate lists.
Candidate Data PreferencesBy default, HiredScore uses structured Workday fields (see theData Mapping - Candidate, Job Candidate, Job Requisitionsub-tab) to understand that a candidate is a prior worker or a current worker. You can change these preferences to identify candidates based on resume parsingHome Page SettingsEnable key HiredScore’s stats on the recruiter home page. - ClickOKandDone.
- (Optional) After completion of the data export process and SSO login, test yourGeneral Settingsconfiguration by verifying that job requisitions only from yourSupported Countriesare populating the HiredScore application.
