Configure Fetch

To prevent potential data loss, legacy HiredScore users must be aware that existing configurations related to country customization (Fetch filters that are configured only for specific countries and not the entire tenant) are overridden when they change settings on the
Fetch
sub-tab.
Administrators can use the
HiredScore Tenant Setup
task to exclude Fetch candidates based on criteria such as distance and specific reject statuses that were previously assigned to them. HiredScore doesn’t apply any default configuration on the Fetch sub-tab because these settings are specific to the Workday
Job Application
business process.
  1. On the
    AIRC Functional & UI
    tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
    task, click the Fetch sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Complete the required and relevant optional fields:
    Field
    Description
    • Run Fetch When Job Requisition is Approved
    • Run Fetch When Job Requisition is Open
    • Run Fetch When Job Requisition is Posted Internally
    • Run Fetch When Job Requisition is Posted Externally
Select at least 1 option that triggers Fetch to run.
    Approved
status requires setting at least 1 additional trigger.
    Fetch Candidates from Maximum Distance
Select the maximum Fetch distance in miles or kilometers from the user’s locale, depending on user settings. HiredScore calculates distance based on the job requisition location(s) and the candidate address provided in their latest job application/prospect data/resume. Fetch filters out candidates that don’t meet the distance requirement.
Do not Fetch candidates whose last apply date is more than (years)
Select a value in years to filter out candidates who previously applied within that time period.
Exclude candidates with specific reject statuses in the past
Select the rejection reasons from the
    Job Application
business process that exclude candidates from further Fetch recommendations.
Example: You specify that you Fetch must exclude candidates who don’t meet qualifications from the
    Background Check
    step of the
    Job Application
    business process.
Exclude active candidates on open requisition from stages
Select the most advanced step of the
    Job Application
business process for which you want to receive Fetch candidate recommendations.
Example: You specify that you don’t want to receive Fetch recommendations for candidates who are at the
    Reference Check
step or further on active job requisitions.
  4. Click
    OK
    and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) When the HiredScore application is available and the data export is complete, verify in the UI that Fetch runs on your selected triggers and surfaces candidates within the distance limit.
Some criteria are more difficult to validate with a limited data set.
