Export and Sync the Job Application Business Process

Export and Sync the Job Application Business Process

  • Ensure that WQL (Workday Query Language) access is granted to the HiredScore ISU Integration System Security Group (ISSG) (refer to the
Workday Community: Recruiting Configuration Preparation Guidance
article in this topic’s Related Information).
  • Identify the relevant
    Job Application
    business processes.
    • It is recommended that you select only those used by job requisitions within the HiredScore application scope, and should typically correlate with the
      Supported Countries
      list.
  • Verify that any security groups referred to in the
    Job Application
business process conditions are also included in the
    Job Requisition Association
    RaaS.
    • Workday alerts you of missing security groups. Although this won’t cause an export failure, it might impact users within the HiredScore application.
Administrators can export the
Job Application
business process definition and then sync it with HiredScore. This enables recruiters to view identical status options in HiredScore when updating job applications.
  1. On the
    System and Integrations
    tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
    task, click the
Job Application Business Process Export and Sync
    sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Start Process
    or
    Restart Process
, depending on whether there was a previous export.
  3. Select the
    Job Application
business processes to export and sync.
  4. Click
    OK
    and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) When the data export step is complete and users have access, click any job requisition and change a status to view the next available steps.
