Configure Reverse Fetch

To prevent potential data loss, legacy HiredScore users must be aware that existing configurations related to country customization (Reverse Fetch filters that are configured only for specific countries and not the entire tenant) are overridden when they change settings on the
Reverse Fetch
sub-tab.
Reverse Fetch enables recruiting teams to get active job recommendations for candidates and prospects.
  1. On the
    AIRC Functional & UI
    tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
    task, click the
    Fetch
    sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Complete the required and relevant optional fields:
    Field
    Description
    Activate Reverse Fetch
Select to activate Reverse Fetch in the HiredScore environment.
    Reverse Fetch Availability in Profiles
Select at least 1 profile on which to enable the Reverse Fetch functionality.
Exclude Job Requisitions that Currently Have Candidates in these Stages
Filter out job requisitions that have candidates at 1 or more of the selected Job Application stages. This enables you to filter out jobs in more advanced recruiting stages and funnels candidates to jobs in earlier recruiting stages.
Filter Candidates by Maximum Distance from Job Requisition Location
Select the maximum distance in miles or kilometers (depending on user settings) from the user’s locale for which they receive Reverse Fetch job recommendations. HiredScore calculates distance based on the job requisition location(s) and the candidate address provided in their latest job application/prospect data/resume.
    Maximum Recommendations per Candidate
Select the maximum number of Reverse Fetch recommendations for each candidate.
  4. Click
    OK
    and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) When the HiredScore application is available and the data export is complete, verify in the UI that Reverse Fetch is available on the configured profile types.
