Configure the MS Teams Integration

Configure the MS Teams Integration

  • Work with your IT administrator to update these endpoint URLs in the graph application, and replace [HiredScore Tenant Name] with your specific HiredScore tenant name:
    • (Implementation (Pre-Production): 
      • https://[HiredScore Tenant Name].ms-auth.preprod.hiredscore.com/ms-auth
    • Production: 
      • https://[HiredScore Tenant Name].ms-auth.service.hiredscore.com/ms-auth
Organizations using the Hiring Manager Talent Advisor Collaborator (HMTAC) can use the
HiredScore Tenant Setup
 functionality to configure the MS Teams integration.
  1. On the
    System and Integrations
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    MS Teams Integration
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Complete all required fields.
  4. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
  5. Follow the on-screen
    Next Steps to Activate a New Authentication Token
     instructions to complete the activation process.
  6. (Optional) After configuring the
    HM TA General Settings
     sub-tab and the HMTAC message templates under the
    HMTA Collaborator
     tab, test MS Teams notifications with a small group of users.
