FAQ: Reviewing Requirements and Assessments

How do I return a completed application requirement?
If the application
Requirement Status
is
Incomplete
and the requirement wasn't completed automatically:
  1. Use the
    Find Student Applications
    report to access the prospect's profile.
  2. In the
    Application
    profile group, select the
    Requirements
    tab.
  3. From the
    Related Actions
      menu of the action item, select
    Action Item
    Return
    .
Security:
Manage: Advanced Application Actions
domain in the Admissions functional area.
If the
Requirement Status
is
Complete
, or the requirement was completed automatically, consider manually assigning an ad hoc requirement to the application.
What happens if a requirement assigned to an application no longer applies after I update the application?
If the requirement was:
  • Incomplete
    , it's automatically waived with a reason of
    Other
    (System waived, no longer valid).
  • Complete
    , it stays on the application as
    Complete
    .
How do I add a requirement to 1 application?
Use the
Assign Application Action Item
task.

domain in the Student Core functional area.
How can I complete an assessment for an application?
You can access automatically assigned assessments from the
View Application Pool Work Area
report (secured to the
Reports: Students domain
) by:
  • Clicking the
    Review
    button for an application.
  • Clicking the
    Complete
    button for the assessment.
Assessments are also available on the
Assessments
tab of the Application profile group on the prospect's profile.
How can I update an assessment after I submit it?
You can't, but you can complete the same assessment again.
