Add Recommended Custom Drivers

You can supplement your surveys by adding pre-defined drivers from the recommended custom driver library.
When you add a recommended custom driver, Workday populates your question library with validated questions associated with that theme. You can then configure the frequency and targeting for these questions just like standard driver questions.
- Go to .
- In[Company name] custom drivers, clickConfigure.
- ClickCreate custom driver.
- From the library of recommended drivers that appears, clickAddon the themes you want to include.
- (Optional) To align the driver with your organizational language, clickEditon the newly added driver or its questions.
The recommended custom driver and its associated questions are now active in your question library.
- (Optional) Set Driver Question Frequency: Configure how often employees receive these new questions.
- (Optional) Set Question Targeting: Define which employee segments should receive these questions.
