Create AI Custom Drivers

    Administration

You can use Generative AI (GenAI) to assist in creating custom drivers for your Custom Company Questions. When you name a new driver, Peakon analyzes the measurement goal (Example:
Integrity
 or
Burnout Risk
) and recommends relevant questions from the question library.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. Select
    [Company Name] Custom Drivers
    .
  3. Click
    Create custom driver
    .
  4. Enter a name for the driver in the
    Name
     field.
    Peakon analyzes the name and generates a list of recommended questions.
  5. Click
    Edit questions
    .
  6. Expand the
    Questions found relating to [Driver Name]
     section.
  7. Select the check box next to the questions you want to include in the driver.
  8. (Optional) Select additional questions from the standard library or create new questions.
  9. Click
    Save
    .
The custom driver is created with the selected questions.
