Edit Question Titles

- You must have the Flexible Listening question model.
You can modify question titles and wording to ensure they remain relevant to your organization's business goals or terminology.
It is not possible to edit the main category question of each question set.
- Go to .
- Open the question set that contains the question you need to update.
- Click on the ellipsis, thenEdit question.
- Update theQuestion title(Flexible Listening model only) or the question text as needed.
- (Optional) Include the %s placeholder if the question should use the company name or a branded segment name.
- (Optional) In the Localization section, update or add translations for the question text and question title. Without a translation in an available survey language, the question displays in the original language.
- ClickUpdate.
Changes to questions are effective immediately. If you edit a question during a live survey round, employees who have already opened the survey without completing it might still see the previous version due to browser cache. Historical data, including existing comments and dashboard results, remains associated with the question.
