Customize Question Sets and Drivers

Customize Question Sets and Drivers

  • Contact your Workday Peakon consultant or representative to enable the renaming add-on in Backoffice.
  • Security:
    Administrator
     access.
You can customize question set names, descriptions, and standard driver titles. This gives your organization ownership and flexibility over internal survey language, enabling you to align question sets and drivers with internal culture, corporate branding, or regional preferences.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. Click the
    Edit
     icon next to the question set or driver you want to modify.
    1. Complete the
      Edit
       slide-in panel:
      Option
      Description
      Name localization
      Enter the updated name in your language of choice. The maximum length is 70 characters.
      Description localization
      Enter the updated description.
      Hide
      About
       and
      Theory
       sections
      (Optional) Select this check box to hide these sections for customized Diversity and Inclusion drivers.
  3. Click
    Update
    .
The new title or description is reflected throughout your Workday Peakon Employee Voice account.
