Configure HiredScore RaaS Details

Configure HiredScore RaaS Details

Configure or migrate the RaaS definition details for HiredScore. After completing the HireScore Reports configuration in your tenant, use this section to complete the link between the systems.
  1. On the
    System and Integrations
     tab, click the
    RaaS Definition
     sub-tab and
    Edit
    .
  2. On the
    Report Owner
     prompt, select
    ISU_HiredScore
    .
    If there are multiple HiredScore integration users with different report owners, verify that you assign the correct integration user and corresponding report.
  3. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
    If legacy HiredScore users encounter blank report names while completing the
    RaaS Definition
     sub-tab, it may be due to a naming convention issue. This does not have any negative impact on the functionality of your Workday HiredScore integration. You can reselect the report names and submit your changes to realign the naming, but this isn’t required.
