How to Use Reverse Fetch

Workday HiredScore Reverse Fetch is a sourcing tool that displays recommendations for candidates and leads who might be a good fit for other open job requisitions at your company. Reverse Fetch uses artificial intelligence to recommend candidates for up to 4 additional job requisitions, based on the relevance of their resumes to the requisition requirements. HiredScore updates Reverse Fetch recommendations when your company opens new requisitions and displays them in Spotlight or Global Talent Search.

You can invite candidates to apply to the recommended requisition, or you can save the candidates to the Fetch inbox of the requisition for review and invite them to apply later.
