Concept: Global Talent Search

Global Talent Search is a candidate-sourcing tool in Workday HiredScore that you can use to search your company database of previous applicants to identify relevant candidates for open requisitions. Using Global Talent Search, you can filter for candidates by name, location, years of experience, skills, education level, and language. You can also search for candidates who you add to a pipeline in the selected time frame and who have:

A particular major.
Previously applied to another role at your company.
Previously worked at a preferred company.

When you identify potential candidates, you can access their HiredScore profile to review their:

Parsed resume.
Previous history with your company, where relevant.
Reverse Reverse Fetch recommendations, where HiredScore recommends up to 4 potentially matching requisitions.

You can then invite candidates to apply for roles or save them to the Fetch inbox on any open requisition.
