Steps: Set up Vendor Distribution

Have the
job.vendor_distribution.edit
 permission.
You can distribute jobs to your vendors by assigning the jobs manually or using distribution rules to automate the process. You can create vendor groups, scenarios, and distribution rules to share jobs with specific vendors.
You can’t publish the job without distributing it to a vendor or a vendor group either manually or through distribution rules. Until then, the job remains in a pending status.
  1. Set up settings for vendor distribution, such as time preferences, vendor visibility into pending jobs and accept or decline jobs.
  3. Use distribution rules to automatically distribute jobs to specific vendor groups. You can configure scenarios to distribute jobs to additional vendors or vendor groups after a period of time. This allows the initial vendor group to have time to source candidates.
