Set Up Job Distributions

You can configure distribution settings to skip weekends for time-based distribution scenarios. You can also configure vendor:
  • Visibility on pending jobs.
  • Ability to accept jobs before applying candidates.
  1. From the header, select
    More
     >
    Company Settings
    .
  2. From the
    Vendors
     section, click
    Vendor Distribution & Groups
    .
  3. On the
    Configuration
     tab, select your preferences for distribution timing and vendor visibility.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
Workday VNDLY now applies your:
  • Distribution settings across the relevant vendor tiers.
  • Vendor visibility and action settings to manage how vendors view, accept, or decline jobs.
