- If the admissions counselor isn't set up as a worker in Workday, you can select from the person's related actions menu. (You need access to the Manage: Admissions Counselor Personal Information domain to edit this information.)Your Human Resources department needs to update contact information for admissions counselors who are also workers.
- What happens if I update an admissions counselor's prospect assignment criteria?
- Workday reevaluates all recruitment records to determine if they should be assigned to the admissions counselor. It assigns the admissions counselor to recruitments that meet the revised criteria and removes the admissions counselor from recruitments that don't.
- How do I identify a prospect's admissions counselor?
- Access the prospect's profile. To view the admissions counselor for:
- The prospect's recruitment, click the Recruitment profile group.
- The prospect's application, access theOverviewtab on the Application profile group. Click the related actions icon for theApplication Pool.
- How do I know if a region or admissions counselor was assigned to a recruitment manually or automatically?
- View the Recruitment profile group of the prospect's profile.
- What happens if Workday assigns an admissions counselor to a recruitment record that already has a manually assigned admissions counselor?
- The recruitment will have 2 admissions counselors unless you remove one. Automatic assignments don't override manual assignments.
- How do I know which recruitments don't have an admissions counselor?
- Users with access to theCreate Custom Reporttask can create a report for this.
- Can a prospect's recruitment have more than 1 admissions counselor?
- Yes. This can happen when a prospect:
- Meets the assignment criteria of more than 1 admissions counselor.
- Has multiple recruitment records.
- Has both manually and automatically assigned admissions counselors.
- How do I change the admissions counselor assigned to an application pool?
