Review Programs of Study for Load Statuses

When you make changes to a student's program of study, or the student experiences other events that impact their program of study (POS) load statuses, Workday sometimes flags them for further review. While enabled, Workday places a
Load Status
hold on the student that stops these processes until you have a chance to review the enrollment changes:
- Refreshing load statuses on attendance plans
- Cost of attendance
- Merit packaging
- Need packaging
- Disbursement
- Charge assessments
Once you review the changes, Workday removes the hold and resumes the processes for the student.
- Access theReview Programs of Study for Load Statusreport.
- ClickReviewfor a student.
- If needed, change the programs of study to include in the student's POS load statuses.Workday includes the units for the selected programs of study when calculating the student's POS load statuses.
Workday removes the
Load Status
hold and resumes financial aid processes and charge assessments for the student. Workday uses the load status policy of the primary program of study of the student's reporting record to determine the student's POS load statuses.To see which records count toward the load statuses, access the
Overview
report on the Financial Aid profile group of the student profile.(Optional) To update the program of study Workday uses for a student's load status, select from the related actions menu of the student profile.
