Manage the Load Status Hold Configuration for Programs of Study

 domain in the Financial Aid functional area.
When academic record changes are made on a student's record, Workday automatically places a
Load Status
 hold for programs of study on the student until you review the enrollment changes. Workday enables the hold by default. However, you can manage the hold on the
Maintain Load Status Hold Configuration for Programs of Study
 task by disabling or enabling as needed.
  1. Access the
    Maintain Load Status Hold Configuration for Programs of Study
     task.
  2. Click
    Disable
     or
    Enable
    .
If you disable the
Load Status
 hold and a student's program of study changes, the student's attendance plan is refreshed automatically and no longer requires approval. Disabling the hold might also cause the student's program of study load status to be incorrect or their attendance plan to become inactive or fail.
