Steps: Set Up Campus Engagement

Configure Workday to manage and track interactions with students and prospective students.

Enable Workday to send engagement emails outside of your tenant.

Access the

Edit Tenant Setup - Notifications

task.

In the

Notification Delivery Settings

section, configure notification settings for a desired notification type by:

(Optional) Selecting or creating a routing rule from the

Rule

prompt to apply to a parent notification type, including all notification types under it.

(Optional) Selecting the

Override Parent Notification Type Settings

check box to apply a different routing rule to individual notification types.

(Optional) Configure email analytics for engagement plans.

Configure Campus Engagement business processes and their security policies.

Create your student audience to use in engagement plans and custom reports.

Configure engagement plans and items for sending communications.

Schedule the start time for the delivery process for all engagement plans.

Use the

Schedule Student Engagement Run

task (secured to the Manage: Sending Campus Engagement
domain) to schedule the time to run the daily delivery process for all plans.

(Optional) Change the recipient threshold for mass distribution of engagement items.
