Steps: Manage Talent Pools
There are 2 different ways that you can staff a talent pool:
- Static: You manually select workers to add them to talent pool membership.
- Dynamic: Workday determines pool membership based on the results of a saved search.
- (Optional) Add Members to Static Talent Pools.
- Select a talent pool to take action on it.These actions apply to all talent pool members. - View and print talent pools.
- (Optional) Edit or inactivate talent pools.Access 1 or both of these tasks:

- Edit Private Talent PoolSecurity:Private Talent Pool: View and Editdomain in the Talent Pipeline functional area.
- (Optional) Delete talent pools.Access 1 or both of these tasks:
