Notify Access Control Group Users

Administrator access.
Peakon doesn't notify users of a change in their access, unless they're in the Administrators group. You can manually or bulk notify users from all other groups with a prompt to sign in. Alternatively, you can wait for them to receive their survey digest notifications.
It's not possible to notify users from
Individual
 group types. Example: Employees.
The sign in notification uses the same language detection and fallbacks as other survey emails. See Concept: Survey Language.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Access control
    .
  2. Select the group that contains the employees that you need to notify.
  3. Go to the
    Group Members
     tab.
  4. To notify an individual employee, click
    Notify
     next to their name.
  5. To bulk notify users, click
    Bulk notify
    , select relevant filters and confirm.
