Assign Segment Managing Access Manually

 settings in the
Employees
 section.
You can manually assign already existing segments for leaders who don’t have a reporting line, and therefore a segment for their own team.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Employees
    .
  2. Open the employee record of the leader and go to the
    Managing
     tab.
  3. Assign them the relevant segments.
When you assign a segment to a leader, Peakon adds the leader to the
Managers
 access control group. The group provides them the necessary permissions to be able to access their dashboard.
The next time this leader opens their dashboard, they can view the segment you assigned to them. You can also revoke the segment at any time.
