Concept: Values Questions
Background
Values questions enable you to track whether your employees feel that their experience at work aligns to your company values.
Values questions use a 0-10 scale, and display in the survey with a standard question:
[Value name] - does your day to day experience of working here feel aligned to this value?.
In surveys, values questions display after driver questions and before open-ended questions. Employees can also answer with a comment (whether they submitted a score or not), or skip the question entirely.
Scores from Values questions display on the Engagement dashboard and the segment heat map. Comments from Values questions display on the Comments page.
You can run standalone Values surveys by deactivating the other question sets in your survey's
Frequency
tab. Enable the Engagement question set in relevant access groups to ensure that users can display insights for the Values questions.Limitations
- It's not possible to customize the standard question. You can only customize the name and description of the value.
- It's not possible to deactivate access to Values scores, however you can manage access to comments on the Values question set per access control group.
- If a user doesn't have access to the Engagement question set in their access control group, they also can't access the Values question responses.
- It's only possible to export scores from Values questions in the segment heat map.
