Create a New Values Question

Security:

. This permission is only available in groups with access to
All employees
.
Values questions are on a 0-10 scale, and enable you to measure the extent of which employees feel aligned to each of your company values.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. In the
    Supplementary question sets
    , find
    Values
     and click
    Configure
    .
  3. Click
    Add value
    .
  4. Add the name and description of the value. Example:
    Innovation - we strive to innovate every step of the way
    .
  5. (Optional) Add any relevant translations. Without a translation in an available survey language, the question will display in the original language in surveys where a translation is missing.
  6. (Optional) Add target segments within the
    Advanced
     section.
Once added, the values question will appear in your next survey round, with insights appearing on the dashboard in real-time as employees begin to answer.
Set the frequency of Values questions within each schedule separately.
