Add Existing Questions to a Custom Driver

  • A custom driver must already be created.
You can populate a custom driver by adding existing Peakon standard questions or new custom questions. This functionality greatly increases flexibility by allowing you to combine data across standardized question sets, such as Engagement or Health & Wellbeing, to create a single aggregate score (Example: a
Manager Effectiveness
 driver).
You can select up to 15 questions from all available question sets to be included in the custom driver.
  1. Navigate to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. In the
    Supplementary question sets
     area, select
    Custom Company Drivers
    .
  3. Open the custom driver that you want to add questions to.
  4. Click
    Edit questions
    .
  5. (Optional) Use the AI search bar to describe your measurement goal (Example:
    burnout risk
    ) for question recommendations.
  6. Select the questions that you want to include in the custom driver.
  7. Click
    Add questions to driver
    .
The selected Peakon standard questions are added to your custom driver. The individual question scores and their overall aggregate score will display back on the relevant dashboards.
