Set Up Personio Integration

Security:
  • Administrator
     access in Peakon.
  • Administrator
     access in Personio.
You can synchronize worker data between Peakon and Personio, enabling you to automatically:
  • Create a new employee in Peakon when you onboard an employee in Personio.
  • Mark employees as inactive in Peakon when employees are terminated in Personio.
  • Sync defined attributes from Personio to Peakon as specified in Personio's settings.
Workday Peakon production tenant only supports connections with a production environment. Sandbox environments are not supported and return an error. Always use a valid service user token from your Hibob production environment when setting up the integration in Peakon.
  1. In Personio, navigate to the API menu and select allowed employee attributes.
  2. Generate a client ID and Client secret credentials.
  3. In Peakon, navigate to
    Administration
    Integrations
    Other Integrations
    .
  4. Select the Personio integration.
  5. Enter the Personio client ID and client secret.
  6. Click
    Connect
    .
