Set Up Sapling Integration

Administrator
 access in Peakon.
You can synchronize worker data between Peakon and Sapling, enabling you to:
  • Create a new employee in Peakon when you onboard an employee in Sapling.
  • Mark inactive employees inactive in Peakon when they're
    Offboarded
     in Sapling.
  1. In Peakon, navigate to
    Administration
    Integrations
    Other Integrations
    Employee Provisioning
    .
  2. Copy the
    OAuth Bearer Token
     from the
    Automatic Employee Provisioning
     panel.
  3. In Sapling, navigate to
    Peakon
     to add your OAuth token as your
    Access Token
    .
A Performance menu displays in Sapling team member profiles when employee details match between Sapling and Peakon.
