FAQ: Personio Integration
- What happens if I already have employees on Peakon and now want to connect Peakon with Personio?
- Ensure that the attributes on Peakon match with attributes on Personio. Once connected, the integration won't blanket delete employees from Peakon outside Personio. The integration will only delete future employees when removed from Personio.
- How do I remove employees, added through Personio?
- Once you terminate the employee in Personio, the action terminates the employee in Peakon in the next daily sync. When you use the Separation date and Separation reason attributes to manage leaver data, it also sets the same values on Peakon.
