Customize Survey Disclaimer

None. All customers can provide custom text to appear on the survey landing page.

Workday provides this customisable field to enable organizations to present information to their employees on how they use the information from the survey.
The survey disclaimer helps support the objective of transparency. This feature can be especially relevant to organizations that use the Survey Answer Export API to export survey response data from Workday Peakon Employee Voice to another system.
The Survey Answer Export API enables organizations to export nonaggregated survey responses, including identifiable data. When you're using the data export function, you may determine that you want your employees to see a custom confidentiality disclaimer on their survey landing page.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Schedules
    .
  2. Select a schedule by pressing
    View
    .
  3. Go to the
    Email
     tab.
  4. Enter your custom message in the
    Customize confidentiality disclaimer
     field.
    If needed, you can use these markdown syntax formatting options:
    • #heading 1
    • ##heading 2
    • **bold**
    • *italic*
    • [link](https://www.url.com)
    • - list item
  5. (Optional) Add translations, if you're using multiple survey languages.
  6. Save settings.
The custom privacy message is available immediately.
