- View your comments, their acknowledgments, and conversations.
- Respond to comment replies.
- Track the focus areas and actions that your leaders have set.
- Submit confidential suggestions on focus areas.
- (Optional, if enabled) Compare your scores to teams and/or company.

Overview | The overview page displays a summary of your personal dashboard:
|
Your survey results | Your survey scores are visible from the first survey that you take part in, for all question sets that your company uses. The drop down menus at the top enable you to select the Survey theme (Example: Engagement) and additional Ratings for comparison (Example: Your direct team or your organization). When you select a team for comparison, that team’s dashboard must meet your organization’s confidentiality requirements. If it doesn’t, you won’t see its scores. The Unique employees across two segments setting hides scores when too many employees belong to both the selected team and your own segment, preventing identification of individual responses. The score over time graph displays the last 4 surveys that you answered. Driver scores display in these categories, in relation to the team you've selected in the Ratings drop down menu:
The overall score and all driver scores are subject to score aggregation, and use the same calculations as in the manager dashboard. Each driver score, including the main score, only uses scores from questions that are part of that driver. You can see the related questions on each driver, including the date of your last response to each question. You can also click on any driver to go to its dashboard to find out more. If the driver is a focus area, you can submit confidential suggestions to improve the score. See Submit Team Suggestions on Focus Areas. |
Your comments | If you’ve received a comment reply, you can respond directly from within the personal dashboard. The receiving manager can continue the conversation from within their manager dashboard. During the conversation, your identity remains confidential. You can also initiate your own conversations on comments from the personal dashboard (currently only supported in the mobile app), if your direct manager has access to respond to comments. If your comment received an acknowledgment, you can click the acknowledgment icon under the comment to display more information. Opening a conversation or acknowledgment email will redirect you to your personal dashboard. |
Focus areas | This tab displays any focus areas that your direct manager and leadership have set, providing you access to what they're working on from survey feedback. Focus areas that contain a custom note from the manager display as expanded, encouraging employees to provide suggestions. However, you can also expand focus areas that don't have a custom note to add suggestions. As an exception, it's not possible to add suggestions on drivers that became focus areas before Peakon's team suggestions functionality release, and these display at the bottom of each manager's section. Employees can only view their own submitted suggestions. It's also not possible to add suggestions to the company level focus areas. Visibility of the main score and the manager's ability to set focus areas and actions depends on whether the dashboard has met visibility requirements. |
Manager actions | This tab displays the action plans of your direct manager and leadership. You can click on each action to view its description, checklist, and deadline. When your manager marks an action as complete, it displays in the Completed tab for 4 weeks before disappearing. |
Security
The personal dashboard is private to the employee, and not accessible by other users. Having a personal dashboard does not compromise confidentiality of past or future surveys. Only you can access your personal dashboard, by signing in using your credentials.
Authentication is only available when the email address that you enter on the personal dashboard sign-in page matches the email address on your employee record. When using single sign-on, the email address of your identity provider must match the email address on your employee record on Peakon.
It's also possible to set up two-factor authentication. See Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Activation
After the administrator enables the personal dashboard, survey participants can activate it:
- At the end of their next survey.
- By signing into their Peakon account either by setting up a password or using their organization's single sign-on. See Concept: Personal Dashboard Access.
It's possible to access your personal dashboard both through desktop and the mobile app for iOS and Android. See Reference: Mobile App Features for more information.
Localization
The personal dashboard is available in all dashboard languages. You can set your language preference through your profile settings. See Reference: Supported Languages for Dashboards and Reference: Personal Profile Settings for more information.
