Enable Personal Dashboard

Enable Personal Dashboard

Administrator access.
Ensure that you're using the standard
Manager
attribute for manager access, and that it uses standard benchmark mapping.
Global administrators can enable the personal dashboard for survey participants. You can choose whether to enable the dashboard for the entire Employees access group, or only to some employees. If you want to test the personal dashboard with a small group of employees before a full roll out, see Example: Phased Personal Dashboard Roll Out .
Personal dashboards provide survey participants with access to their own survey scores and comments, as well as team scores, focus areas, and actions. When managers set focus areas, employees can provide confidential suggestions directly in personal dashboards.

After enabling the personal dashboard for your organization, employees can activate it at the end of their survey, and access it thereafter at any point. Authentication is possible through a password or Single Sign-On, where enabled by your organization. Employees can also activate their personal dashboard outside of a survey round, by using the generic dashboard sign-in URL.
We recommend providing managers with these permissions, for employees to make full use of their personal dashboards.
