Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Access to your own dashboard (manager or personal).
You can set up Two-factor authentication (2FA or MFA) method to sign in to your dashboard. 2FA helps secure your account against attacks, requiring both your password and a sign-in code from the Authy application.
2FA is possible for all dashboard users. It's not possible to force 2FA.
  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right of your dashboard.
  2. Go to
    Security
    .
  3. Enter your phone number into the 2FA section and click
    Continue
    .
  4. Open the SMS that you receive to install Authy.
  5. Enter the token from Authy into the token field in the 2FA section.
  6. Click
    Finish
    .
2FA is effective immediately.
You can monitor your activity in the
Security
 tab. If your organization uses link checking software in emails, automated clicks can display as account activity due to links containing a token unique to you.
