FAQ: Why Can't I Tag Another Manager in an Internal Note?
It’s not possible to tag a manager in a comment response or internal note, if the manager:
- Doesn’t have access to the conversations feature.
- Doesn't have the permission to access comments in real-time, if you're trying to @mention them during a live survey round.
- Doesn’t have the permission to access the question set that the comment belongs to.
- Didn’t manage the employee at the start of the survey round that contains the comment.
- Can’t view the comment due to their segment not meeting the various visibility thresholds.
