FAQ: Why Didn't Keyword Topics Generate At Company Level?
Background
Keyword topics group comments into themes based on common keywords, enabling organizations to analyze large groups of comments.
A dashboard must meet both conditions for topics to generate:
- Questions from 2 active drivers. Example: The Growth driver question and a custom driver question from Company questions.
- At least 200 comments across all kinds of question sets over the last 3 months for 1 language.
Considerations
Even if a dashboard meets the second condition, it won't meet the first condition if the survey uses questions from 1 driver and 1 subdriver rather than 2 drivers.
If you run a pulse survey with questions from the company question set, topics will only generate if you split the questions across 2 or more drivers.
For the purpose of keyword topics, the engagement core question works as a driver and the outcome questions work as subdrivers.
The topic algorithm only includes the latest comments over the last 3 months.
