FAQ: Why Can Senior Management See Comments From Their Wider Team?
When senior leadership accesses comments from their All Reports segment, they can only access comments that are from employees from their hierarchy.
This group is still subject to visibility threshold requirements, and only contains employees that are in their wider team according to the data that organizations upload to Peakon.
Having access to comments from the wider team can help provide context for setting department-wide focus areas and actions. Receiving replies and acknowledgments from senior leadership can help facilitate future survey participation.
Senior leadership can also switch their context to comments from their direct reports only.
It's not possible to deactivate access to comments from the wider team without also deactivating access to comments from their direct reports.
