Activate Talent Network Fetch

Contact Workday Professional Services after signing an agreement with Randstad to enable Talent Network Fetch.
In addition to resurfacing qualified leads from your company’s database of previous applicants from the last 3 years, you can also gain access to leads from Randstad’s talent pool by enabling Talent Network Fetch in HiredScore. Talent Network Fetch enables you to:
  • Locate leads who are currently actively seeking a new job.
  • View their up-to-date skills and interests.
  • Share leads with your colleagues and hiring managers through HiredScore.
  • Invite leads to apply to the requisition directly from HiredScore.
  • View Randstad leads surfaced within HiredScore that each meet compliance requirements.
  1. On the
    AIRC Functional & UI
     tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
     task, click the
    Talent Network Fetch
     sub-tab.
  2. Click
    Edit
     on the template you want to configure.
  3. Select the
    Talent Network Fetch Enabled
     check box.
    This check box isn’t selectable for tenants that don’t meet the prerequisites.
  4. Click
    OK
     and
    Done
    .
  5. (Optional) In the HiredScore application, navigate to Dynamic Fetch on any job requisition and use the filters to find Randstad leads.
