Concept: Embedded Fetch

To use this feature, you must subscribe to the necessary SKUs:
  • HiredScore AI for Recruiting (AIRC)
  • Recruiting
For Embedded Internal Fetch:
  • HiredScore AI for Talent Mobility (AITM)
  • Talent Optimization
If you want to purchase a SKU, contact your Customer Account Executive.
Workday HiredScore’s Embedded Fetch extends the Fetch, Dynamic Fetch, and Internal Fetch functionality and delivers it directly into Workday Recruiting. This enables users to access the AI-driven candidate rediscovery tool within the Workday Job Requisition UI.
In addition to surfacing recommended leads, users can carry out the following Workday actions directly from the job requisition:
  • Invite to Apply
  • Send Message
  • Add to Pool
  • Share with Colleague
  • Share with Hiring Manager
You can perform these Workday actions on up to 15 leads at a time. Every action you perform through Embedded Fetch is logged as applicable directly in Workday in the:
  • Activity Stream
  • Candidate Communications Report
  • Recruiting History Timeline
  • Fetch lead profile
  • Fetch grid
Embedded Fetch in Workday is available on all requisitions that are Fetch-enabled in HiredScore. Additional requisitions in Workday may also display in Embedded Fetch if a HiredScore license holder is assigned to the role (even if you can’t see the requisition in HiredScore).
If your company has another integration with a non-Workday product (such as a past applicant tracking system (ATS) or customer relationship management (CRM) system), any relevant leads identified from this source are visible only in HiredScore, and not in Embedded Fetch in Workday until a later release (Safe Harbor).
To use Embedded Fetch, you must have an active HiredScore license and be assigned or associated with the job requisition. For HiredScore users with administrative licenses, assignment to the job requisition isn’t required to use Embedded Fetch. However, the requisition itself must be assigned to a license holder.
You can use Workday message and notification templates when sending messages and inviting leads to apply using the Embedded Fetch feature.
